That being said, I agree that her school had zero obligation to provide her with birth control.

Interesting comparison - never thought of it like that.
That said, there are other Catholic/Jesuit policies that the school compromises, and Catholic higher education institutions are much less strict than their grade school counterparts. The school has openly embraced gay students, which is contradictory to Catholic teaching, but _makes sense_ in a college community, like birth control.
